Note: To illustrate the traditional heritage of the techniques in the following kata; classical Japanese terminology has been used in the descriptions.
- Musubi Dachi; Rei (remain in Musubi Dachi)
- Left hand (open) circles counterclockwise across body into wrist grab as right hand punches across body toward opponent's captured arm; Left foot slides left into horse stance
- Right hand chambers as left hand pulls across body, stopping just above right fist; Right front knee strike to opponent's mid-section
- Right Oi-tsuki; Right Zenkutsu Dachi
- Left leg steps clockwise 90 degrees into horse stance as left elbow strike to the head; Right hand chambers
- Left foot steps counterclockwise 90 degrees into tall horse stance; Both hands extend forward in a snapping motion into High Double Forearm Block
- Right hand leads "climbing" grab (right, left, right) as hands pull into double right chamber
- Right foot sweeps left in front of left foot and returns to horse stance; Right elbow strike across body to left; Right Zenkutsu Dachi at a 45 degree angle
- Both hands raise above head chamber as legs straighten and hara rises
- Hara drops into deep horse stance with right dropping forearm strike
- Right foot slides into left; Right Mid-Level Back Kick
- Right foot lands behind as body turns 90 degrees clockwise into horse stance; Right high-level backfist
- Right foot moves right into Right Zenkutsu Dachi; Left Gyaku-tsuki
- Left foot steps counterclockwise 90 degrees into Left Zenkutsu Dachi; Right Gyaku-tsuki
- Right Mae Geri Keage landing in Right Zenkutsu Dachi; Left Oi-tsuki times with landing of right foot
- Left foot steps counterclockwise 90 degrees; Right Oi-tsuki
- Right foot steps back to Musubi Dachi; Rei
